Testimonial .....

Leslie Caito-Jones and Allegiance Field Hockey have given my daughter the opportunity, passion and strength to realize her full potential. My daughter started with Allegiance as an athletic but somewhat tentative player. My concern was that she was too timid to really get in there and play but Leslie assured me it would happen. I wondered how that could be true. Since the age of five years old, my daughter has been part of a martial arts program. While she was technically very good and achieved decided black belt level, she was not the most confident and assured child in the class.

Our daughter joined Allegiance and we have never looked back. After just over a year with Leslie and the Allegiance team, our daughter has found her inner confidence to be a quiet leader who can excel at anything she chooses. Her zest for field hockey seems never ending – Leslie is able to make hard work fun and exciting. But, it doesn’t end there! Her can-do attitude and excitement have carried over to everything. Her karate instructors have noticed and commented on it. She’s now in the process of testing for her first degree black belt. Her strength and self-assuredness were so noticeable at a recent karate belt testing that the instructor, who has worked with her for seven years, called her aside to ask what had happened to cause this dramatic change. Our daughter replied, “Leslie makes me feel confident. She makes me feel like I can do anything.” Such powerful words that truly sum up our experience with Leslie and Allegiance.

The love children have for a sport can often be directly attributed to the kind of coaching they receive. Leslie and her team provide a one-of-a kind experience that is helping to shape my daughter’s attitude, physical strength and athletic prowess for years to come.

We can’t thank Leslie and Allegiance enough for truly changing our daughter’s life.
